European Structural and Investment Funds

The European Structural and Investment Funds aim to support job creation, business competitiveness, economic growth, and sustainable development, as well as improving the quality of life of citizens. Funds are allocated and managed by Member States. Major funds include the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the European Social Fund (ESF), the Cohesion Fund (CF), the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund (EMFF).
