Carla Farinhas, Partner at CVA, has published a paper on the prestigious Common Market Law Review, under the title 'Unlocking the Power of the European Commission to Order Interim Measures under Regulation 1/2003: An Inquiry into the Nature of the Tool'. Carla is currently a PhD candidate at Utrecht University, conducting research on the application of interim measures in digital markets.
