Mariana Martins Pereira, Associate lawyer at CVA, has published an article in EU Law Live, where she comments the recent Consob ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union (ECJ). This Weekend Edition of EU Law Live, which also includes an article of Daniel Sarmiento, is devoted to the Consob judgment and to the relationship between national constitutional courts and the ECJ. While tensions between national constitutional courts are still mounting, the Italian Constitutional Court has given a good example of how to deescalate conflicts.
