José Luís da Cruz Vilaça, Managing Partner of CVA, will be teaching ‘EU Practice’ at University of Florida Law during the next Spring semester (January – April 2022). The course aims to provide an overview of the principles of the EU legal order, as well as of structure, the functioning, the evolution and the constructivist role of the system of judicial protection established by the Treaties.
