Rita Leandro Vasconcelos, partner at CVA, has been nominated in the 12th Edition of The Best Lawyers in Portugal in the categories Competition / Antitrust Law and European Union Law.
Rita has advised on restrictive practices cases in different fields and her professional experience also includes the design and analysis of distribution systems, the analysis of pricing and discount systems and the conduct of competition law compliance programs. Also noteworthy is advising on complex mergers (including multi-jurisdictional notifications) and State aid. As to EU Law, Rita has been participating in several proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Commission.
